Even after relocating to Los Angeles with husband Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra remains a passionate supporter of Indian culture. The actress is not only deeply connected to her Indian ancestors, but she also instils similar values in her daughter. Priyanka uploaded a snapshot of the tiny one wearing bangles and anklets, much like youngsters in India, on her Instagram Stories.
Kiran Mathur, Priyanka’s aunt, is seen holding Malti in her arms as they spend time in the open space of her Los Angeles house. The little child is dressed in a white outfit with a matching headpiece. “Love you choti nani,” Priyanka commented on the photo on Malti’s behalf.
Malti was born via surrogacy in January of this year to Priyanka and Nick Jonas. She was discharged from the NICU after spending more than 100 days there. Madhu Chopra, Priyanka’s mother, frequently visits the star to care for the child. “I give her a massage, and Nick gives her a bath and changes her diapers,” Madhu told The New Indian Express earlier this month. She also added that, according to Indian custom, Nick’s father, Kevin Jonas Sr, whispered the name and some words of wisdom into Malti’s ears during her naming ceremony.
Priyanka periodically posts photos of her kid during her time at home and on vacation, but she has yet to reveal her face. Her name is a combination of Priyanka’s mother’s middle name, Madhu Malti Chopra, and Nick’s mother, Denise Marie Jonas.
