After the Pakistan Supreme court ruled against the Imran Khan-led government, terming the decision to block the no-confidence vote as illegal, the Pakistan national assembly speaker, Asad Qaiser, has however voiced his support for Imran Khan’s allegation of an international conspiracy in destabilizing his government. The Imran Khan-led government is on the verge of being dethroned from the power. The strength of opposition in the parliament swelled to nearly 177 without receiving the support of 40 members from Imran’s party.

According to the Imran Khan, his visit to Moscow was being termed as a reason for his removal from the office, accusing the US of playing a role in destabilizing the government. Imran Khan has time and again voiced his concern about the US pressuring Pakistan to stand against Russia, but Pakistan is yet to condemn the invading action by Russia in Ukraine.
