Retired Indian Navy Officer Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was sentenced by Pakistani Military Court in the charges of ‘espionage and terrorism’ on April 17, has refused to file review petition.
The 49 years old officer wants to go with mercy plea instead. According to the officials kulbhushan is keen on the mercy plea he has file on April, 17,2017.
According to Pakistani Additional Attorney General ” On 17 June,2020 Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav was called to file petition for review and reconsideration of his sentence and conviction. Exercising his legal rights, he refused to file a petition for review and reconsideration.” As claimed on Wednesday.
