Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandeka planned to get married much earlier but during the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic they had to postpone the wedding, now that everything is coming back to normal the couple is finally getting hitched on 19th February 2022.

The pre-wedding function started today with the Mehandi and Haldi ceremonies. Shibani Dandekar’s close friends have started preparing for their performances for her sangeet ceremony, which Rhea Chakraborty might even perform. The wedding will be conducted following the Maharashtrian customs on 19th February after that, the couple will likely opt for a court marriage on 21st February 2022.
The wedding is to take place at Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi’s Khandala farmhouse. Both Anusha and Apeskha are in charge of the bachelorette party and other wedding festivities.
