As the country is all set to get it’s 15th President today. Droupadi Murmu’s hometown has started preparations, predicting her victory early as the nation’s highest office holder. Rairangpur, the native place of NDA’s presidential candidate has been decorated as the people expect Droupadi Murmu to win. Sweets have been made for distribution. Murmu is in competition with Yashwant Sinha for the highest post in the country.
Local BJP leaders have planned a huge celebration post the counting of votes and the victory “We are preparing 20,000 laddus and have put up 100 banners congratulating Murmu, who has her house in our town,” local BJP leader Tapan Mahanta said.
The entire town which consists of Murmu’s family members. And teachers have accepted that Murmu has always been a studious person and we’ll disciplined. Her head teacher of school remembered that when Murmu was asked what she would like to do when she had grown up. She always talked about serving the country.
