Aryan Khan case: Main NCB witness Prabhakar Sail dies of heart attack

On Friday afternoon, Prabhakar Sail, a witness in the Aryan Khan drug case, died of a heart attack.

Prabhakar Sail was an independent witness in the 2021 Mumbai cruise drug case. He died on Friday afternoon and was found in his rented apartment in the Mahul area of Mumbai. It has been stated that his death cause was entirely after suffering a heart attack.

His layer, advocate Tushar Khandare, had confirmed his death. Stating that the now deceased Sail was originally at home. And that the family does not suspect any sort of foul play related to his death.

Sail is survived by his family which includes his mother, wife, and two children. And the family has decided to hold his cremation until his brothers arrive from the village.

Sail was also a personal security guard for another witness, KP Gosawi. Gosawi was also involved in the drug cruise case. In which Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested first. Gosawi, on the other hand, had posted a photo of himself with Aryan. And was even seen pulling his hand and dragging him to the NCB office.

Soon after, Maharashtra cabinet minister Nawab Malik raised the issue of a private individual. Such as Gosawi, being called as a witness in the case, and questioned what Gosawi was doing dragging Aryan into the NCB office.

Thus, Sail filed an affidavit after Gosawi’s role became suspect. And he was arrested by Pune police in a pending case. Sail, a Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) independent witness, made headlines. After claiming to have overheard a conversation between NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede. And Gosawi about an alleged pay-off.
