As per the latest reports revealed, Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani escaped from the country boundaries as insurgents approached and demanded the unconditional and undeniable surrender of government officials.

“Afghanistan has announced to have a peaceful transfer of power to the Taliban”, the country’s interior minister averred. US embassy officials and international diplomats are bring evacuated to safer regions to ensure negligible bloodshed.

By evening, the capital city was completely under the threshold of the Taliban. The Bagram airbase is supposedly home to 5,000 prison inmates, which is reportedly a major housing spot for both Taliban and Islamic State group fighters.

Bagram district chief Darwaish Raufi on August 15, had accepted the surrender to the Taliban and have handed over the one-time American base to the insurgents. Just after the Afghan forces surrendered the Bagram airbase to the Taliban, the terror giant released its prisoners from the jail.
