Elon Musk’s company, Twitter, has postponed the debut of its new paid API (application programming interface) platform for a few more days. The company shared the information on Twitter via its Twitter Dev account, saying: “There has been an immense amount of enthusiasm for the upcoming changes with the Twitter API.” As part of our efforts to create an optimal experience for the developer community, we will be delaying the launch of our new API platform by a few more days. “More information to follow over the coming days.”
The firm had intended to terminate free API access on February 9, but it was then pushed back to February 13, and it has now been delayed again with no particular date.
The microblogging network announced this week that the simplest tier of API will cost $100 per month.
The business also stated that it will provide a free write-only API with a monthly limit of 1,500 tweets. Meanwhile, Twitter Blue is now available in India, Brazil, and Indonesia.
According to the corporation, its Blue service with web verification would cost Rs 650 per month and Rs 900 for Android and iOS mobile devices in India.
In India, the microblogging site also offers a cheaper yearly plan of Rs 6,800 per year, which amounts to about Rs 566.67 per month.
