Pranay Pathole, a 24-year-old Indian IT professional and longtime Twitter friend of Elon Musk, had his account suspended by Twitter on Thursday.
The Twitter Owners Silicon Valley account was also suspended by the microblogging service for breaking its rules.
“Digging into this now,” tweeted Musk.
Due to Pathole’s account’s violation of Twitter policies, it was likewise suspended.
Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, met his Twitter friend from Pune in August at his Gigafactory in Texas.
For Tata Consultancy Services software developer Pathole, meeting Musk in person was an amazing experience.
“It was so great meeting you @elonmusk at the Gigafactory Texas. Never seen such a humble and down-to-earth person. You’re an inspiration to the millions,” he said in a tweet, posting a picture of Musk with him.
Musk and Pathole have been friends on Twitter since 2018 and frequently talk about a range of subjects, including vehicles, space exploration, and other things.
Musk had declared in May that he does not manage Pathole’s Twitter account.
