Fresh leaks indicate the upcoming smartphone will be priced at Rs. 49,999, offering enhanced performance with Snapdragon chipset

Samsung is all set to launch the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G variant with Snapdragon 888 SoC in India this month. Although the official date is yet to be confirmed by Samsung, a recent leak suggests that the smartphone will make its debut on July 10. Furthermore, pricing details for the highly anticipated device have surfaced online. The Galaxy S21 FE series was initially introduced in India last year, featuring an Exynos 2100 SoC. The Snapdragon 888-powered Galaxy S21 FE 5G variant is expected to come with an Adreno 660 GPU and 256GB of internal storage.

Renowned tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) recently leaked the price of the new Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G variant in India on Twitter. According to a screenshot shared by Yadav, the smartphone will be priced at Rs. 49,999, with potential offers bringing the price down to Rs. 44,999. This aligns with previous rumors. In a response to Yadav’s tweet, another Indian tipster Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) claimed that the device will be officially launched in India on July 10.

If these leaks turn out to be accurate, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G Snapdragon 888 SoC edition will be priced higher than the Exynos 2100 version of the Galaxy S21 FE. Last year, the Galaxy S21 FE 5G was launched at Rs. 54,999 for the 128GB storage variant and Rs. 58,999 for the 256GB option. However, currently, the Exynos variant is listed on the Samsung India website for Rs. 32,999.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G Snapdragon 888 SoC variant is expected to feature the Adreno 660 GPU and 256GB of onboard storage. Apart from these changes, the key specifications of the new variant are anticipated to be identical to the Exynos 2100 version. It will likely sport a 6.4-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will be equipped with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a triple rear camera setup consisting of two 12-megapixel sensors. For selfies, users can expect a 32-megapixel front camera. The smartphone will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging, 15W wireless fast charging, and reverse charging. However, since there has been no official announcement regarding the launch date and price of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G Snapdragon 888 variant, these details should be taken with a pinch of salt.
