The Nothing Phone 1 has a display of 6.55 inches with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. It has a FHD+ resolution standard and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G has an 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels and the classic 120Hz refresh rate with HDR10+ support and the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.



Nothing Phone 1 uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus processor.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G has a Exynos 2100 octa-core processor (5nm) in India and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 in other regions.

RAM and Storage

The Phone 1 has a RAM of 8GB, 12GB and internal storage of 128GB, 256GB.

The S23 Ultra 5G comes with a 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, 256GB or 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. Also, there are no expandable storage support available in the smartphone.

Rear Cameras

The Nothing Phone 1’s rear cameras have both autofocus and flash with a dual camera setup of 50-megapixel + 50-megapixel.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G has a Quad-camera setup with 108MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, OIS, PDAF, 12MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 10MP periscope telephoto lens with f/4.9 aperture, OIS, 10x optical zoom, 100x Space Zoom, 10MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture, OIS, 3x optical zoom and a LED flash, auto-HDR, panorama with a 8K video recording at 24fps, 4K at 60fps, and 1080p at 240fps.

Front Camera

The Nothing Phone 1’s front camera isa 16-megapixel single camera.

On the other hand, S23 Ultra 5G has a front camera with a 40MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture, Auto-HDR and a 4K video recording at 60fps and 1080p at 240fps.


The Nothing Phone 1 has a 4500 mAh battery size with 33W PD3.0 wired charging: full charge in 70 mins and a 15W Qi wireless charging with dual charging support: full charge in 120 mins. As well as 5W reverse charging to only use with chargers compatible with Quick Charge 4.0.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G comes with a 5,000 mAh battery, 25W fast charging, 15W wireless charging, 4.5W reverse wireless charging.

Operating System

The Nothing Phone 1 comes with Android 12.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G comes with the classic Android 11 with One UI 3.1.

Other Features and Connectivity

The Nothing Phone 1 has an In-display Fingerprint Sensor, Accelerometer, Electronic Compass, Gyroscope, Ambient Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Sensor Core and a Front RGB sensor. As well as 3 high definition mics with Dual stereo speakers.

However, the Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G  has an in-display fingerprint sensor, Face recognition, 5G connectivity, Dual-SIM support (nano-SIM and eSIM), IP68 water and dust resistance, Stereo speakers tuned by AKG and a USB Type-C 3.2, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, GPS.


The official Nothing Phone website has the colors Black and White available for Indian users.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G in India is said to be available in the following colors with majority retailers which are Phantom Black and Phantom Silver.


As of now the Nothing Phone 1 is retailing for Rs. 26,999.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G is priced at Rs. 1,05,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, and Rs. 1,16,999 for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant.
