Body
Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has dimensions of 161.8 x 73.5 x 8.4 mm that weighs 198.5 grams. The phone is built with gorilla glass 5 in front and back with its frame made of aluminum. It supports single Nano-SIM.
Nokia C20 Plus measures 165.4 x 75.9 x 9.4 mm and weighs 204.7 grams. It supports single Nano-SIM or dual Nano-SIM.
Display
Motorola Edge 30 Ultra uses P-OLED technology for display with refreshing speed of 144 Hz and brightness of 1250 nits. The size of the display is 6.67 inches with 90.3% screen-to-body ratio. The resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels and has corning gorilla glass 5 protection.
Nokia C20 Plus employs IPS LCD technology for display of 6.5 inches with 81.3% screen-to-body ratio. The resolution is 720 x 1600 pixels.
Platform
Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has operating system of Android 12, upgradable to Android 13. The chipset is Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The CPU is octa-core (1×3.19 GHz).
Nokia C20 Plus has Android 11 for operating system with Unisoc SC9863A chipset. The CPU is octa-core (4×1.6 GHz).
Memory
Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has internal storage 128 GB with 8 GB RAM, 256 GB with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM, and 256 GB for 12 GB RAM. The model do not expanding the storage space.
Nokia C20 Plus has internal storage of 32 GB with 3 GB RAM, expandable with micro SDXC chip.

The video quality is 8K @ 30 frames per second (fps), 4K @ 30/60 fps, 1080p @ 30/60/120/320/960 fps. The front camera is 60 MP f/2.2 (wide) with HDR feature. The video quality is 4K @ 30 fps and 1080p @ 30 fps.
Nokia C20 Plus has two main cameras – 8 MP and 2 MP – with LED flash. The video quality is 720p @ 30 fps. The front camera is 5 MP with 720p for video.
Battery
Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has lithium polymer battery of 4610 mAh. The non-removable battery supports 125W wired, 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless charging.
Nokia C20 Plus has lithium ion battery of 4950 mAh. The non-removable battery supports 10W wired charging.
