The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are the newest top-of-the-line earbuds from Samsung. However, right after they were released, Samsung had to stop shipping them. This was because some early buyers reported problems with the earbuds, including issues that we were able to confirm ourselves. To prevent more customers from receiving faulty products, Samsung decided to halt all shipments. They didn’t just fix the production issues—they also decided to re-test the earbuds that had already been checked before. This caused a delay for people who pre-ordered, but it should ensure that everyone who gets the earbuds now receives a product that meets high standards.

So, what went wrong with the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro?

There were several problems. Initially, people complained about the ear tips being too fragile and easily torn, which we mentioned in our review. Later, more issues came up, like poor finishing, misaligned LED strips (the lights that should be on the left earbud were on the right one, and vice versa), and uneven gaps in the design.

These problems are usually caught during quality control, but it seems they were missed this time. To their credit, Samsung took immediate responsibility, apologized to customers, and promised to fix the issues. In a statement on their website, Samsung said they deeply regretted the quality problems with the pre-sale products and promised to inspect all processes more carefully to prevent future issues.

Now that shipments have resumed, customers should expect their orders to arrive soon. Reports say that people in the US and Europe have already started receiving their orders, and revised delivery dates are now available for other customers.
