Acer has introduced two new Chromebooks in India: the Chromebook Plus 14 and Chromebook Plus 15, both tailored for enterprise and educational use. These models bring advanced AI features and sturdy builds to meet the demands of both professionals and students.
Acer’s Chromebook Plus Key Features
- AI Integration: Both the Chromebook Plus 14 and 15 are equipped with Google Gemini AI. This includes tools like Google Photos Magic Eraser, AI-generated video backgrounds, and access to Adobe Photoshop online to boost productivity and creativity.
- Performance: The Chromebook Plus 14 can be configured with Intel Core i3-N305 or AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors. The Chromebook Plus 15 offers more power with up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U processor. Both models support up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of SSD storage.
- Display: The 14-inch model features a Full HD IPS display with optional ComfyView and touch capabilities. The 15.6-inch model also comes with a Full HD IPS display, available in both standard and high-brightness touch options.
- Connectivity: For fast and reliable internet, both models include Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
- Durability: These Chromebooks are built to withstand tough conditions, having passed military-grade tests for shock, drops, vibration, and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Life: The Chromebook Plus 14 offers up to 11 hours of battery life, while the 15-inch model lasts up to 10 hours.
Both models feature AI-powered writing assistance, generative wallpapers, and AI video call backgrounds. They also come with dual DTS speakers, two built-in microphones, and a Full HD webcam with noise reduction and HDR support for clear video calls.
