Flipkart has launched the Nokia Media streamer at Rs.3,499 and is set to go on sale starting from August 28. Flipkart has a partnership with Nokia by which they have recently launched a 43-inch 4K Ultra HD TV in India at Rs.31,999 which runs  Android 9.0 with support for Google Assistant.

The media streamer is also Android-based and runs the Android 9.0 Pie operating system. It has a dedicated remote with hotkeys for Netflix and Zee5, offers Dolby audio support, and up to full-HD resolution streaming. The streamer will connect to the television through the HDMI port, and to the internet using Wi-Fi like other popular streaming devices. It comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

The device is powered by a quad-core processor with Mali 450 GPU and comes with an inbuilt Chromecast and Google Home.
