WhatsApp is down, here’s how you can still use it

As soon as WhatsApp went down for WhatsApp Web and Desktop application users, they got automatically logged out and were unable to use it further.

But the mobile app is still working, though data sending and receiving is not working. You can read old chats, search old messages and you can send messages to other users. Your message will be delivered as soon as the app gets online again.

Instead of sending instant messages, now you can use WhatsApp as an message outbox (similar to webmail outbox) which only works when it is online and connected.

By when Whatsapp will start working

Meta team is already aware of issue and working to fix it ASAP. There has been official quote by Meta to ANI that they are working to fix it. WhatsApp service is down from last 60-90 minutes and is expected to get back to normal working in next 30 minutes. However there is no official update on by when it will be online for users.
