Twitter on Thursday announced that it will be bringing new updates to the Direct Messages feature on the microblogging website. In a series of threads, the social media app listed out all the improvements that the company is bringing to the feature including the ability to share a message with up to 20 people, easier accessibility to the reaction picker tool, and improving the ability to scan through conversations.

The new improvement will be rolling out in the company’s iOS and web-based versions. It will be soon available on Android.

“No more (awkward) accidental group chats when you DM a Tweet to multiple people. Now you can share the same Tweet in up to 20 different DM convos, separately.” the company tweeted in its Twitter support handle.

The company also announced that a new quick scroll button will be introduced which enables users to navigate quickly to the latest message. This update will be available on Android and iOS.

Twitter has also made it easier for iPhone users to scan conversations by grouping messages. “We’ve made it easier to scan a convo by grouping messages by date for less timestamp clutter.”

The company recently introduced a new feature that enables users to report fake news and flag fake news-related posts.
