Google Duo has launched video conferencing service for 32 individuals. After the global pandemic struck hard earlier this year,Big companies searched for improved video conferencing and mobile communications.It started moving out the function to web users in June but now the company has eventually created assistance on Android for 32 people.
Google Duo served a total of 12 device users until this new update and this was also expanded during the June lock-down period.
The updated support was announced in versions 92 and 94, as per Android Police. As the upgrade is going out, certain people doesn’t have the change and is still limited to inviting 11 other people to a call. The report states it should be a server-side turn.
The program would remind the customer, until moved to the new mark, in the form of a pop-up stating that the software now accepts 32 participants.
The app also launched latest codec software AV1 (AOMedia Video 1), which the business says would greatly boost the efficiency of video communication , particularly though the link is made on a very small bandwidth. Google Duo disclosed about its video quality improvement in May.
Users can now also send custom video and voice messages via the platform.The software enables stories to be saved rather than deleted after 24 hours.There is an availability for sending AR effects to a different Duo user.
The software started speeding up new updates to prepare for the unexpected increase of demand for video conferencing applications.
