Apple has released iOS 16.2 for Indian users, which includes support for 5G networks

Following the Indian government’s desire for Apple and other smartphone manufacturers to begin allowing 5G services on their platforms, the Cupertino-based tech giant agreed to release the update by December.

Apple users in India will be able to get 5G services starting today, thanks to the release of iOS 16.2, which includes the software required to connect to next-generation networks in India. A month ago, Apple made the Beta update accessible for testing.

Surprisingly, despite the update, an iPhone 14 Pro Max connected to the Airtel network revealed that the 5G software was still unavailable.
