AI-powered prop-tech platform sirrus.ai is set for a major expansion this year, riding the wave of rapid urbanization across India. The company has already signed 20 deals with developers in key cities such as Pune, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Indore, and Delhi, and is targeting 100 deals by year-end, according to Sauvik Banerjjee, Managing Director and CEO of sirrus.ai.
The platform leverages AI to streamline workflows for real estate developers and brokers, aiming to digitally transform the property development and home-buying experience—from initial interest to final possession. The company has already reached out to over 500 developers, indicating a strong pipeline and growing industry interest.
Sauvik noted that the company expects to grow 17x in FY25, and is projecting US$1–2 million in profitability by the third or fourth year of operations. The startup is currently focused on consolidating its presence in India, with plans to expand into international markets, starting with the Middle East, once domestic operations are stabilized.
Banerjjee emphasized that India’s urbanization surge will play a major role in national economic growth, estimating that US$1–1.5 trillion of India’s future US$5-trillion economy will be driven by the construction of homes, hotels, and rental properties.
Seeded by an AI accelerator, sirrus.ai is aiming to become a cornerstone platform for India’s evolving real estate ecosystem, providing smart tools to boost productivity and transform the sector digitally.
