Tennis legend Serena Williams talks about her comeback with Aaron Rodgers in her recent Instagram story via video. The 7 times Wimbledon champion seems to be playing at this year’s Wimbledon.

The American player was “heartbroken” when she announced her withdrawal from the last year’s championship because of an injury to her right leg in the first round and since then she hasn’t played a single professional game.

In one of the videos posted on her stories on Instagram, Serena appeared with Rodgers and said, “We’ve been talking about my come back and he’s hyping me up and getting me ready for Wimbledon. Can’t wait!” Rodgers further asked if Serena will play at the last Grand Slam of the year (US Open) to which she replied, “Wimbledon is before US Open, I’ve got to play Wimbledon first. Exciting!”

Serena appears to be defending her 24th Grand Slam singles titles which will tie her with Margaret Court’s record with the most. She has won 23 so far, followed by legendary Steffi Graf with 22. The 40-year-old from America won her last Grand Slam in 2017 at the Australian Open. She had reached the finals of the US Open in 2018 and Wimbledon in 2019 but came out as a runner-up.
