Manchester City had a game against RB Leipzig on Wednesday night, 22nd February in Red Bull Arena Leipzig (Leipzig’s home stadium) in the UEFA Champions League round of 16. It was a disappointing game for the Pep Guardiola’s side as they concede a equaliser in the second half to end the game without any advantage.

Manchester City did score first but couldn’t hold on to their lead. City were dominating in RB Leipzig’s home ground as expected from the fans but the end scoreline was not very much convincing for them.

Manchester City took the lead in the 27th minute when Riyad Mahrez scored a wonderful goal. Leading at half time wasn’t enough for Pep as they concede a goal from a defender named Gvardiol who is the target for so many European clubs now.

Gvardiol’s equalising goal came in the 70th minute and it ended the game on 1-1.
