Manchester City has won the first ever treble in their footballing history. They have reached this milestone by beating Inter milan in the finals of the UEFA Champions League on Saturday night in Istanbul. They have also registered their first UCL victory.
Pep Guardiola has brought glory to this club as they are not only the Champions of England but also the Champions of Europe now. They have won every Cup they played in this season except Carabao Cup. This was an exceptional performance from the team and every player of the team.
It was Spanish midfielder Rodri who scored that winning goal which was the only one scored in this game for Manchester City. The goal came in the second half and it came from outside of the box. The goal from Rodri helped City achieve so many things today. This victory will be written in the history of books as with Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Manchester United, there’s another team in the books who have won the treble.
