Karim Benzema has secured the tenth position in the most wins chart ahead of F.Buyo and F.Gento in the history of la Liga. He is known as a Real veteran and is one of the only ten players to reach a double century in the Spanish football war, along with Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

The 33-year-old Real Madrid striker had a flying start to the 2020-21 season, scoring eight goals, seven assists and his combined 15 goal involvement has provided Benzema with the best start made by any player after six league games in the 21st century. Benzema has also scored more league goals and assists than any other European player across all of Europe’s ‘top five’ leagues in the same season, marking 200 La Liga goals, which was made possible with just 389 league appearances. That is a ratio of one goal every 1.9 games which are unreal from the Frenchman.
Benzema has astonished the Madrid fans with his consistency throughout the last decade and is an integral factor to the front three-line partnering with the young Brazilian star, Vinicius Jr.
The France International also topped the La Liga Santander rankings this year in total with the shots produced, goals scored and efforts on target. He is 28 goals ahead of Lionel Messi before his departure and 4 and 5 goals ahead of Juanmi and Vinicius Jr. respectively this season.
“He adds great ability and scoring consistency to his football”, Los Blancos coach Carlo Ancelotti said when discussing the Frenchman. “He has as much as ability and Cristiano Ronaldo and Erling Haaland and is a player who makes a difference”, he added.
