Strahinja Pavlović has expressed his desire to join AC Milan, with personal terms already agreed last week. The Serbian center-back is looking forward to starting a new chapter in Italy.

Negotiations between Milan and RB Salzburg are underway. Milan believes their latest offer of €18 million, including add-ons, will be enough to secure Pavlović’s transfer. This offer is €7 million less than Salzburg’s initial asking price of €25 million.

Pavlović, 23, joined RB Salzburg from AS Monaco two years ago for €7 million. Despite a series of loan moves, he is eager to find stability and has set his sights on San Siro. With 38 senior caps for Serbia and participation in EURO 2024, Pavlović brings valuable experience to the table.

Milan is confident that the proposed deal will be accepted, which includes performance-related bonuses. Pavlović’s current salary at Salzburg is €750,000 per season. Milan plans to double this to €1.5 million, with potential increases as his tenure progresses.

As Pavlović prepares for his move to Milan, both clubs are hopeful that the deal will be finalized soon, bringing a promising talent to the Rossoneri’s defense.
