Chelsea star Cole Palmer has become the center of intense transfer speculation after reports claimed that he was unsettled at Stamford Bridge and attracting interest from Manchester United. However, new statements from within the club have firmly shut down those rumours, calling them completely false and unrealistic.
Speaking about the situation, Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali and manager Liam Rosenior made it clear that Palmer is happy at the club and remains a crucial part of Chelsea’s long-term project. According to Rosenior, the stories linking Palmer with Manchester United came “from nowhere” and have no truth behind them.
“Palmer is happy here. He is untouchable for us. The stories are fake,” Rosenior stated. He further added that there is no reason for Chelsea to issue reassurances over something that does not exist. “It’s so unrealistic. There’s no need to mention it,” he said.
Palmer joined Chelsea from Manchester City and quickly established himself as one of the Premier League’s most exciting young talents. His performances last season were key to Chelsea’s attacking revival, with the English midfielder delivering goals, assists, and consistency in a team that struggled for stability.
