The experienced player only spent one season in Serie A, but his time at Juventus was far from successful. Struggling to adapt in Turin, Luiz made it clear he wanted to return to England, where he previously impressed with Aston Villa. Nottingham Forest moved quickly to secure his services, adding much-needed quality and experience to their midfield.

For Forest, this is a significant coup as they continue to strengthen their squad in hopes of climbing further up the Premier League table. For Luiz, it’s a fresh start and a chance to re-establish himself in a league where he has already proven his talent.
