Manchester United got only one point against Leeds United when these teams met each other on Wednesday night, 8th February at Old Trafford in the English Premier League. It was a disappointing night for the Erik ten Hag’s side as they were in brilliant run of form before this game.
It was a comeback from the Red Devils in the game to earn a point otherwise it would have been a loss for them in the home. Manchester United have maintained their unbeaten record in the Old Trafford this season by two second half goals.
Leeds scored the first two goals in the game and United were trailing for more than 60 minutes. Marcus Rashford was the one who pulled one back in the 62nd minute to make the scoreline 1-2 for them. Another English forward Jadon Sancho equalised in the 70th minute and it was a perfect goal to make an impact in the game off the bench.
