As per multiple reports online, Manchester United were in contacts with PSG for their goalkeeper Gigio Donnarumma as the star man hasn’t signed a new contract with the club yet. However, Fabrizio Romano has revealed the truth behind these reports.

As per multiple reports online, Manchester United were reportedly in contact with Paris Saint-Germain regarding their star goalkeeper Gianluigi “Gigio” Donnarumma, who has yet to sign a new contract with the French club. The speculation quickly gathered pace, with some outlets even linking Chelsea to the Italian shot-stopper.

However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has poured cold water on the rumours. Taking to social media, Romano stated: “No talks ongoing at this stage between Gigio Donnarumma and Man United or Chelsea. Nothing concrete despite reports.”

With Donnarumma’s future still uncertain at PSG, speculation is likely to continue, but for now, both Manchester United and Chelsea are not in negotiations for the well experienced goalkeeper.
