City are now on 76 points with one game in hand and Arsenal are on 77 (at the top of the table). City can go top if they win their game in hand.
Manchester City showed their dominance as they secured a huge victory over Brighton in the Premier League clash. Under the tactical mastery of Pep Guardiola, City put on a display, leaving their opponents struggling to keep pace in their home ground itself.
Since the start, City maintained the tempo of the game with their old and well known possession-based style. The efforts paid off as City found the breakthrough with a clinical finish, setting the tone for the remainder of the match.
