Dusan Vlahovic’s agent flew to Turin on Thursday as per Italian football expert Fabrizio Romano and there was the feeling that there were some details separating the two teams from being aligned for the new future of the Serbian. It was only a matter of time before all we had to wait for was the photos of Vlahovic taking a medical and signing his new contract with the Old Lady.

According to reports in Italy Juventus and Dusan’s agent have finalized the deal which is worth 75 million euros and will get him 7 million euros a season in a contract that is valid till 2026 season. The player is expected to land in Turin this week for his medical and other formalities as long as he tests negative for COVID-19 after coming in contact with the virus in the previous week.

The last remaining step is how much commission and fees will the Serbian’s agent will get as part of the deal between the two clubs. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the fee could go to 10 million euros.

The Serbian striker was on the radar of many teams such as Arsenal but the race was won by Juventus to capture the 21-year-old from Fiorentina in the January transfer window he has been in exceptional form scoring 17 goals in 21 appearances in the Serie A and was a hot property in the transfer market this season.

 

Juventus fans would be eagerly waiting to see their new number 9 in his new colors and score goals for their team and help them win silverware.
