Marcus Rashford believes his move to FC Barcelona has reignited his passion and confidence, claiming fans are yet to see the best version of him. The England international, who joined Barça in a blockbuster summer transfer, expressed his optimism about the new chapter in his career.

“Coming to Barcelona has given me new energy, a new style, a new country,” Rashford told ITV. “I feel the team fits me perfectly and I can help them a lot. It’s a great step, I’m optimistic.”

The forward, who has quickly become one of the standout performers for the Catalan giants, feels that the fresh environment has helped him rediscover his rhythm after a challenging spell in England. “I believe England will see the best version of me after joining Barça. It’s still early, but when I reach my full potential, I’ll be the best version of myself for sure,” he added.

Rashford also spoke about the positive impact of the move on his mindset. “Barça refreshed me… and I needed that. I’m happy to be the top scorer and assister now, but I know I can still do better. I haven’t reached my limit yet… I’m working on that, though I’m getting close to it.”
