Arsenal FC are now just 5 points clear at the top as they lost a game in the English Premier League against Everton FC on Saturday, 4th February. It was Sean Dyche’s first game as new Everton’s manager and he will remember it for a while now. Arsenal were handed over their second defeat of the season and that also by Everton who are in the last place of the English Premier League.

Dyche’s side was spectacular since the start of the game and there was a new energy in the players. Everton was pressing well, passing well and also they were on top in the first half. The amount of chances they had in the first half, they deserved to lead against Arsenal.

Everton was rewarded in the 60th minute when defender James Tarkowski scored a heading goal from the corner. That goal from the centre-back was enough for them to earn three points against the league leaders. Everton are now moved up to the 17th place in the points table after the win.
