Manchester United’s midfielder Christian Eriksen’s agent has confirmed that the player won’t be going back to Ajax and will stay at United as of now. The player was been rumoured to move to Ajax but the agent denied any potential move.
Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen will remain at Old Trafford, as confirmed by his agent, amid rumors of a potential return to Ajax. Despite recent speculation linking the Danish international with a move back to the Eredivisie club, Eriksen’s agent has clarified that there are no plans for such a transfer.
Eriksen, who joined Manchester United in the summer of 2022, has been an integral part of the squad under manager Erik ten Hag. The creative midfielder has showcased his playmaking abilities and experience, contributing significantly to United’s midfield dynamics. His performances have reportedly caught the attention of Ajax, where he previously played from 2010 to 2013 before moving to Tottenham Hotspur.
However, Eriksen’s agent has firmly denied any suggestions of a move away from Manchester. “The deal is not happening, we can stop speculations,” said Christian Eriksen as reported by Fabrizio Romano.
