Arsenal FC and Newcastle United were up against each other in the English Premier League on Tuesday night. The game ended in a scoreless draw which wasn’t expected by both the teams. Newcastle who are in amazing form had a chance to go level on points with defending champions Manchester City but couldn’t do it.
Meanwhile the table-toppers Arsenal had a chance to go 10 points clear on top but a draw restricted them in doing that. Arsenal FC are in amazing run of form and are the title contenders this season. Arsenal had so many chances in the game which could have won them the three points but they didn’t utilise much.
Newcastle United are also playing well but were falling behind against the first-place Arsenal on Tuesday night. Arsenal dropped two points and for the first time this season, Mikel Arteta’s men have lost points in home.
Newcastle United are now level on points with Manchester United (35) but have occupied the third spot because of the goal difference. Manchester United also won their game against Bournemouth which secure their fourth-place this week.
