Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga giants are not only the contenders for the Bundesliga trophy this year. Unlike other season, there are some teams who are very close to the top place Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga points table.
The German League is still very wide open and the fans couldn’t predict who will win the league. Borussia Dortmund had a game on Sunday, 19th February against Hertha Berlin in the league. Dortmund won the game by 4-0 and equalled the points with Bayern Munich and Union Berlin who are sitting at the first and second place in the table respectively.
Now all these three teams have 43 points and any one can win the league. After Bayern Munich lost a game on Saturday night against Borussia Monchengladbach, they were at the top but on the same number of points as before.
Union Berlin is also the team following defending champions Bayern very closely this season and will try harder to overtake them in the points table.
