The Austrian midfielder Marcel Sabitzer has officially joined Manchester United from Bayern on loan until the end of the season. The deal between Manchester United and Bayern Munich was made official on United’s website and their verified social media handles.

Manchester United have done a decent job in the transfer window as they have got one striker and a midfielder. A midfielder was planned at the last moment after their midfielder was said to be out until late April. After Christian Eriksen got injured, Manchester United acted quickly as Erik ten Hag wanted someone in midfield to fill up the Danish place.

Sabitzer joined Bayern Munich last year and didn’t have a good year as he didn’t get much game time there. As per reports, Sabitzer is more than happy to join Manchester United and wants to play under well progressing Erik ten Hag’s side. Sabitzer deal with Manchester United will be until June 2023 as it is a loan deal with no buy option.

Marcel Sabitzer will return to Bayern Munich once his loan spell ends at Manchester United.
