Darwin Núñez has given his final green light on the move to Saudi Club Al Hilal. The deal has been agreed between the clubs on a €53 million fixed fee plus add-ons. The clubs were waiting for the player’s decision and once that was done, it was all over. Al Hilal will sign the striker on a 3-year deal (until June 2028). It was a great deal for Simone Inzaghi who recently went there for the managerial role. The manager kept Núñez as his first preference for the striking role.

Darwin Núñez has officially approved a move to Saudi Pro League giants Al Hilal, bringing an end to the speculation surrounding his future. The Saudi club reached an agreement with Liverpool for a €53 million fixed fee plus add-ons, and were only awaiting the striker’s final decision before sealing the deal.

Núñez has now given the go-ahead, and the Uruguayan forward is set to join Al Hilal on a three-year contract, running until June 2028.

This transfer marks a significant boost for new Al Hilal manager Simone Inzaghi, who recently took charge and made Núñez his top target for the striker position. The former Inter Milan boss was keen on building his attack around the 25-year-old, and the club wasted no time backing him in the transfer market.
