Real Madrid’s manager Carlo Ancelotti has spoken about Brazil head coach job in his latest interview. Earlier this week, there were reports that Brazil football federation is thinking of approaching Ancelotti for the Managerial role as they want a change soon. However, Ancelotti has denied any such reports by saying, “I appreciate them, but there’s no contact between myself and the federation recently. My full focus is on Madrid right now.”
Ancelotti has shut down recent speculation linking him with the Brazil national team job. Reports earlier this week suggested that the Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) was considering approaching the Italian tactician for the role, as they seek a managerial change.
However, Ancelotti has dismissed these claims, making it clear that no such discussions have taken place.
The 64-year-old coach has long been admired by Brazil’s footballing authorities, and he was previously linked with the role before signing a contract extension with Real Madrid. Despite Brazil’s continued interest, it seems Ancelotti remains committed to leading Los Blancos as they push for success in La Liga and the UEFA Champions League this season.
