Bayern Munich are continuing their pursuit of Chelsea striker Nico Jackson, but as of Thursday night no agreement has been reached between the two clubs. The Bundesliga champions remain determined to add attacking reinforcements before the transfer window closes and view Jackson as a priority target.
Sources indicate that Bayern will push again within the next 24 hours in an attempt to secure a breakthrough. The Bavarian giants, who have been actively exploring forward options this summer, see the 23-year-old as a player capable of fitting into their long-term project while also addressing immediate squad needs.
Chelsea, however, are in no rush to sanction Jackson’s departure. The Blues want to carefully assess their attacking situation, particularly in relation to Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak. With Arsenal and other top clubs monitoring Isak, Chelsea intend to wait until that saga unfolds before making a final decision on Jackson’s future.
