As the current season draws to a close, Bayern Munich finds itself in a state of research. With the departure of manager Thomas Tuchel confirmed, the Bundesliga giants are now tasked with finding a successor to lead the team forward. Tuchel’s decision to leave the club at the end of the season comes after their poor campaign where Bayern failed to reclaim the Bundesliga title. Xabi Alonso’s Leverkusen emerged as winners, leaving the Bavarian giants behind by a massive margin.
Bayern Munich has turned its attention to former Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, as the frontrunner to take the helm next season. Rangnick, who is currently managing Austria’s international football team, brings a wealth of experience.
Known for his innovative coaching methods and high-pressing attacking football, Rangnick’s potential appointment says Bayern’s intent to develop their squad for the challenges ahead. His track record of success in the Bundesliga, particularly during his time with RB Leipzig and Hoffenheim, made him suitable for this role.
