Barcelona faced a draw against Girona in the league on Monday night, 10th April. The game was played in Barcelona’s home Stadium named Spotify Camp Nou. It was not a good game for the Xavi’s side. They had a disappointing night as they were looking to have a good 15 points lead in the first place of the points table but Girona’s solid defence didn’t let them do that.
Barcelona had so many chances in the game but couldn’t capitalise and thus the game remained goalless till the end. Girona was also looking to score but they weren’t able to do that with less number of chances.
Xavi’s men wasn’t happy after the game. However they have managed to take a huge 13 points lead in the La Liga table whereas Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are far away from the table toppers.
