Fabrizio Romano reports Al Hilal has proposed an annual offer worth €400 million to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Lionel Messi. The Saudi Pro League side is the latest club to join the race to sign the 35-year-old on a free transfer. His contract at PSG expires in the summer. Messi is unlikely to remain in Paris, as the Argentina international is unwilling to reduce his salary. At the end of the campaign, he will wait to see what proposals come his way.
