AC Milan have officially confirmed the signing of German striker Niclas Füllkrug on a loan deal from Premier League side West Ham United, strengthening their attacking options ahead of the crucial phase of the season. The Rossoneri announced the move on social media, with images showing the 31-year-old forward signing his contract at the club’s headquarters.

According to the details shared, the deal is an initial loan agreement with a €5 million option to buy, which is not mandatory. The structure of the transfer gives Milan flexibility while allowing the player to prove his value in Serie A before any permanent commitment is made. Notably, it has been reported that Füllkrug only wanted a move to AC Milan, underlining his belief in the club’s sporting project and long-term vision.

Füllkrug arrives in Italy after a mixed spell at West Ham, where opportunities were limited despite his strong reputation. The German international is best known for his physical presence, intelligent movement inside the box, and clinical finishing. He was a key figure for Germany, particularly during recent international tournaments, and has consistently delivered goals at club level throughout his career.
