F1 spectators witness a thrilling lap fight between the Mercedes-sponsored Medical Car and Safety Car. F1 uploaded a video of the race between “Medical Car vs Safety Car” on its social media.

Mercedes has supplied F1 safety cars since 1996, and this year’s pair has been completely redesigned: The Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series, which will replace the Mercedes-AMG GT R , will have a snappy 730hp, adjustable suspension, and a host of track-focused technologies. The four-wheel-drive Medical Car can transport three medics and their life-saving equipment, with 639hp available to the driver for a 0-62mph time of 3.2 seconds and a peak speed of 195 mph.
