The investigation into the disappearance of Bryson Muir, son of former NFL defensive lineman Daniel Muir, has intensified with troubling details emerging. Bryson, a 14-year-old boy, was last seen on June 16 after leaving his grandmother’s home near Cleveland, Ohio, accompanied by his mother Kristen Muir in a white 2015 Chevrolet Suburban.

Concerns escalated when Bryson’s grandmother reported to authorities that he had a black eye and raised suspicions of possible abuse by his parents. Despite being pulled over shortly after leaving, Bryson was not found in the car with his mother, prompting a search effort that has now involved Indiana State Police.

Capt. Ron Galaviz of the Indiana State Police has appealed to the public for any information that could help locate Bryson, who was described in a Silver Alert issued on June 27 as 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange Under Armor shirt and blue jeans.

Daniel Muir, who played for the Raiders in 2013, has been named a person of interest in the investigation, adding a layer of complexity to the case. While initially unresponsive to authorities, both Daniel and Kristen Muir have begun to cooperate with the investigation after wavering on an agreement to bring Bryson in for questioning.

The situation remains fluid as investigators continue to piece together the circumstances surrounding Bryson’s disappearance and the allegations of abuse. The search effort is ongoing, emphasizing the urgency to locate Bryson and ensure his well-being.
