At just 20 years old, Désiré Doué continues to build one of the most impressive young careers in European football after officially winning the Ligue 1 Best Young Player award for the second season in a row.
The Paris Saint-Germain star has once again been recognised as the brightest young talent in French football after another outstanding campaign in Paris. The emotional scenes following the announcement also caught attention across social media, with Doué’s father looking extremely proud as his son collected yet another major honour in his rapidly growing career.
Doué’s rise has been extraordinary over the last two years. Despite his young age, the French midfielder has already collected several top individual awards at both domestic and international level.
His growing list of achievements now includes two Ligue 1 Best Young Player awards, the 2025 Golden Boy award, the UEFA Champions League 2024/25 Best Young Player award and the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 Best Young Player prize.
