World Cup–winning all-rounder Sneh Rana has been SOLD to Delhi Capitals for INR 50 lakh in the WPL 2026 Auction. The India star entered the marquee set with a base price of Rs 50 lakh, and DC picked her up with the opening bid as no other franchise joined the contest.

Rana, a key member of India’s 2025 ODI World Cup-winning squad, brings valuable experience in the middle order along with her consistent off-spin. She had previously played for Gujarat Giants in earlier WPL seasons, and now joins a Delhi Capitals side that has already made some of the biggest moves in this year’s auction.

The Rana signing adds to a busy day in New Delhi, which has already seen high-profile buys such as Deepti Sharma to UPW for Rs 3.2 crore (RTM), Amelia Kerr to MI for Rs 3 crore, Sophie Devine to Gujarat Giants for Rs 2 crore, Meg Lanning to UPW for Rs 1.9 crore, and Laura Wolvaardt to Delhi Capitals for Rs 1.10 crore.

With Rana strengthening their spin attack and lower middle order, Delhi Capitals continue to shape a strong and balanced squad for the 2026 season.
