Wasim Jaffer has taken a dig at Pakistan’s batting collapse against India in the World Cup match on Saturday. Pakistan scored 191 against India, failing, miserably failing to set up a big score. Pakistan put up a solid start before the openers, Abdullah Shafique and Imam-ul-Haq fell to Mohammed Siraj and Hardik Pandya. Pakistan failed to dominate on their solid start after Mohammad Rizwan and captain Babar Azam scored a century-run partnership, scoring 155/2 before being reduced to 191/10 in 42.5 overs. Wasim Jaffer did not hesitate to take a dig at Pakistan’s disastrous batting collapse.

In their earlier match against Sri Lanka, Pakistan was able to chase a massive total of 345 runs. Mohammad Rizwan and Abdullah Shafique scored (131 no) and 113 runs, respectively, to steer the team towards victory. However, the team has failed consecutively since Asia cup to stand against Indian bowling lineup.
