Virat Kohli might not be able to play the first ODI against England

Virat Kohli, the former Indian cricket team captain, has missed practice before first ODI game against England at the Kennington Oval on Tuesday. He also missed out on the 1st Twenty20 against England. Reports say he might be suffering from an injury so it will be interesting to see how this impacts his game.

Indian fans are eagerly waiting to see their favorite cricket player, Virat Kohli perform well as the World Cup is approaching. He scored one run in the second T20I and 11 runs in the third T20I against England.

News agency ANI reported, “Virat Kohli did not come for optional practice today ahead of the first ODI match at Kennington Oval. He has a suspected groin injury and is unlikely to play the first ODI against England: BCCI sources”

He will be assessed by the BCCI medical team before a decision is taken on his availability for the first ODI in Nottingham on Tuesday.
